Please use this link to verify the PCGS certification number 32802465 The collection of Ernst Otto Horn was formed in Germany between 1880 and his death in 1945. During that time he used funds from the family wine trade and assembled one of the most significant and coin collections of the time, totaling over 65,000 items. Before his death a will was created stipulating that his collection be sold and a foundation be started with the proceeds; his intention remained under legal dispute until 2010, when a court determined that the items be sold according to the original will.
