Laureate and draped bust right / Crowned cruciform coat-of-arms around central Order of the Thistle over crossed scepters. KM-XPT4a; S-5634; Burns 1 (fig. 1064).

All examples are struck from dies engraved by Norbert Roettiers in 1688 and restruck by Matthew Young in 1828 before the dies were finally defaced. Superb and exceptional.
