Kenneth Claude Bailey (1896-1951) was an Irish Chemist and University Lecturer. Educated at Trinity College Dublin after service in the Great War, Bailey was awarded two gold medals in 1921 for academic achievement, of which this is one. After completing a MA and Doctoral Degrees, Bailey lectured in the Chemistry department and later moved into university administration.
