William V of Holland (Frankfurt, 1330 – Le Quesnoy, 1389) was a son of Emperor Louis the Bavarian and Margaret, Countess of Holland, Zeeland and Henegouwen (Hainaut). Later as, William III of Hainaut he mediated during the Brabant War of Succession, which led to the Peace of Ath between Brabant and Flanders.
